Always do stress-reduction for 4 minutes before doing the Coca-Pulse-Test for food allergies. Starting 4 minutes before the meal, in order to reduce stress, hold your left thumb & left index finger together with your right hand loosely in your lap while sitting in a comfortable position. Relax. Roll your head around a few times to relax your neck muscles. Breathe deeply – in through your nose and hold your breath for 1 second. Then breathe out through your mouth. Repeat this way of breathing for 4 minutes. While breathing this way and holding your left index and thumb, imagine in your mind, with your eyes closed, that you are in a peaceful place where you have been – maybe a vacation spot or a wonderful childhood memory. “Remember” that place with all of your senses: See the surroundings; Hear the sounds. Also Feel, Taste and Smell with your memories. Go to that relaxing place in your mind by yourself or with God but not with another human, because you may start thinking about some of your past interactions with that person which were not pleasant or relaxing. Focus on the relaxing memories of that place and hold it in your mind for four minutes as you continue to breathe deeply and hold your left index finger and left thumb with your right hand gently in your lap.
If you practice this four times a day (before all three mealtimes and before bed), you will greatly reduce your stress during the day and you will also be able to sleep deeper at night. Practicing this technique on a regular basis for a few weeks will allow you to become very efficient at doing stress reduction so that you can utilize it any time when you may find yourself in a stressful situation. All you need to do is to excuse yourself to the bathroom, if possible, or find a quiet moment alone to go through the technique, and then return to the situation in a better frame of mind.
Next do Coca Pulse Test for Food Allergies:
After doing the above stress-reduction technique for about four minutes prior to your meal, measure your radial pulse rate for one minute and record it. Eat your meal slowly and calmly, then sit resting for 15 minutes after eating (not doing anything that would excite or distress you during or for 15 minutes after the meal). Then take your pulse again. If your pulse rate is higher by 15 beats or more, you very likely have eaten a food allergen in that meal. If your pulse is 10-14 beats faster after the meal, then you probably have eaten a food allergen but if the pulse rate is the same as before the meal or less than 10 beats faster, you probably did not eat an allergen. Remember that pizza is not one food but several foods. If you ate more than one food & the pulse rate increased, then make an entire meal of each individual food item from that meal over the next few days and repeat the pulse test the same way as above each time. Avoid for 2-3 months the individual foods that caused a significant pulse rate increase. After that time, add the avoided foods back into your diet one at a time, doing the pulse test before & after each meal where a previously-avoided food is added back. Continue to avoid for another 3 months those that still cause a significant pulse rate increase.
Eating a 4-day rotational diet:
The 4-day rotational diet markedly reduces the chance of developing more food allergies over time. The food items eaten on day 1 of this rotation, even though eaten several times that day, would not be eaten on day 2, 3 or 4 of the rotation, but would be eaten again on day 5. The food items eaten on day 2 of this rotation would not be eaten on day 1, 3, 4 or 5 of the rotation, but would be eaten again on day 6. The food items eaten on day 3 of this rotation would not be eaten on day 1, 2, 4, 5 or 6 of the rotation, but would be eaten again on day 7. Foods eaten on day 4 of this rotation would only be eaten one time per week (only on day 4). Remember that a hamburger and breaded veal both have beef and both have wheat, which is not rotating if they are eaten on any schedule other than every 4th day. See the following 4-day rotational diet example.
